Shipping Policy
The order(s) is usually shipped out in 12-48 hours after pay successfully online. Deliver by EMS or DHL. The package usually will arrive in 5-7 business days.

Return policy
We are proud of our reputation of good quality and service, but it happens that there is problem occurs. So if you are not satisfied with what you have bought, please mail and contact us, and we would assist you to change or refund. The return of non-faulty products must remain its original package undamaged and must remain unused condition.
We reserve the right to refuse your requirement of refund or to deduct up to 25% off the selling price from the refund claim if the returned goods are deemed to be not proper for resale.
Please note that except for faulty items, postage and package fees are not refundable.

Faulty items
Items would be inspected by our Quality Assessment Team, if the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or material defect, we would arrange refund or change free of express fees; But if it&rsquos not faulty or it&rsquos not caused by the above reason, it doesn't qualify for an exchange or refund under this return policy.

Exchange
Exchanges of all international express goods must be returned to us within 7 days upon receipt of the goods. The express charges for international exchanges are to be paid by customers (Unless it&rsquos our fault). All duties, taxes, or fees caused by returned items are the sole responsibility of customers.

Return instructions
Please follow below instructions for returning. First of all, please mail and advise reasons for returning, our customer support would tell you our returning address. Please be careful when unpacking and repacking the products.

Please pack this paper and the returned goods into one parcel and send it back to us. Please tell us the tracking number once the parcel is sent. We are not responsible for loss of goods on the way, so please choose registered post and retain proof of posting if you really concerned about the returning goods.
